SteadyLot is a product of Channing Edwards LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through the steadylot.com website and how we use it. It covers the website only. Data that customers store in the SteadyLot service is governed by their customer agreement.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter in the form:

• your name, work email, and company;
• optionally, your job title, phone number, and how your team produces CoAs today.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. This is used to run and secure the website.

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

• to respond to your request and schedule a demo;
• to follow up with you about SteadyLot;
• to keep the website running, secure, and free of abuse.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to operate the website and handle email. They process information only on our behalf:

• Vercel, which hosts the website;
• Resend, which delivers demo-request emails to our inbox;
• Microsoft, which hosts our business email.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

How long we keep it

We keep demo-request information for as long as we are in contact with you about SteadyLot, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@steadylot.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and access to demo-request information is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

Children

The website is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
